Both the 10K and 1/2 Marathon distance goal programs include the “Hills” profile option. 

To select “Hills”, follow these steps when programming your workout:

  1. When prompted “FLAT OR HILLS”, press the up or down arrow key twice.
  2. When “HILLS” is displayed, press Enter.
